Achievements
Where Hard Work Gets Its Moment
Each year, our students appear in board examinations, take the field in sports, and compete in contests and cultural events. Their results and recognitions reflect sustained effort from students and teachers alike, across more than three decades at Vidyaranyapura.

Sports and culture
Medals From the Ground, the Stage and the Studio
Some of the proudest days of the year happen far from an exam hall: a final whistle, a performance that earns a standing ovation, a painting chosen from a crowded wall. Our students earn those moments in sport, art and culture, and the recognition that follows belongs to them.
Competitions and awards
Olympiads, Inter-school Contests and Awards
A classroom shows what a child knows. A contest shows what they can do with it: facing a timer, a fresh question paper, and students they have never met. Our students take that test every year, in Olympiads, inter-school events and competitions beyond the school gates.

Journeys Worth a Longer Read

"I thought I was bad at sport. It turned out I was bad at trying."
Aarav, Class 8: The talent found late
Before the annual demonstration, one Taekwondo participant fell ill, and the instructor asked Aarav to fill the slot. He agreed because refusing felt more awkward than trying. He stayed on after the performance. Aarav now trains four mornings a week and competed at the district championship this year.

"The first sentence took me all week to say. The next ones came faster."
Meghana, Class 10: The fear overcome
Her English teacher offered a small deal: one sentence aloud, once a week. The first was a single line about a poem. By the end of term, it had grown to a full paragraph. This year, Meghana led the morning assembly and spoke in the inter-school debate.

"I stopped trying to finish the whole book. I tried to understand one page properly."
Rohan, Class 9: The steady climb
His Maths teacher suggested something small: ten minutes of revision after school each day, and one question in every class. Rohan started with the questions, which were often better than the answers. In this year's midterm, Rohan scored 78 in Maths, and he now explains tricky chapters to friends at lunch.
